Stan Mohney joined Augusta Iron and Steel Works in 2011 to manage the accounting and HR departments after 35 years in cable industry management and accounting. Stan graduated from Augusta University with a BBA majoring in accounting. He is experienced in administrative, personnel, forecasting, and budgeting functions.
As Transportation Manager, Martin James oversees all of Augusta Iron & Steel Works' shipping and receiving activities. Martin joined the company in 2017 after a number of years managing purchasing and shipping operations in the manufacturing and transportation industries.

As Quality Control Manager, Shawn Land ensures that all fabricated steel meets the level of quality required by codes and specifications. Shawn joined Augusta Iron & Steel Works in 1993 and served as Assistant Quality Control Manager from 2006 – 2016 before stepping into his current role.

As VP of Manufacturing, Phil McGahee is responsible for the operation of the manufacturing facilities of Augusta Iron & Steel Works, which he joined in 1977. Phil served as President of KRG Transport, Inc., a former subsidiary of AISW, from 1999-2005 before stepping into his current role.
Robert Bovard joined Augusta Iron & Steel Works full-time in 2011 after receiving an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He received his BA from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN, and represents the third generation of his family to lead the company.
Melissa Fulwider is responsible for the purchasing of all job materials. She came to Augusta Iron & Steel Works in 2011 as the Assistant Business Manager, having previously worked in accounting and HR at Comcast and ADP. She transitioned to her current position in 2016.
Tyler Janik joined the Augusta Iron & Steel Works team in 2013 after receiving his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. Tyler oversees the production of all detail drawings. He also is responsible for managing the production schedule along with improving systems of communication and manufacturing within the plant.
Robert Lightkep joined Augusta Iron & Steel Works in 2015, having spent many years in the bridge fabrication industry. As Plant Superintendent, he assists the VP of Manufacturing with the operation of the manufacturing facilities as well as coordinates all of the plant’s maintenance.
Daniel Davis came to Augusta Iron & Steel Works in 2013 after working in the custom cabinet business. As Estimator, Daniel prepares the estimates for all bids and assists in the procurement of all material.
